The new PTB beamline for vacuum-ultraviolet radiometry

چکیده

Abstract At the Metrology Light Source, a 630 MeV electron storage ring for use of synchrotron radiation metrology applications, new beamline is dedicated to radiometry in vacuum-ultraviolet spectral range. The emphasis lies on traceability measurements and profound uncertainty analysis. To replace previously existing normal incidence monochromator which serviced more than 20 years now at different facilities, newly designed 2 m off-plane Eagle concept was developed. Different reflective coatings mirrors gratings combination with order-sorting filters ensure highest purity monochromatized optimized photon flux characteristics. planned go into full operation late 2022.
